All new connections shall be calculated at the time of installation and the customer will be advised of the charge and those estimates shall be good for a 30 day period.

Returned check service charge................$40.00

Late Payment Fee..................................$15.00

*On 1", 1 1/2" and 2" meters-tap fee is the actual cost of labor and materials to install meter.
