Pay Online 
Click the Pay Your Bill Now button at the right. The first time, you will register; after that, payments are an easy 3-step process.
View Bills Online (Free Service)
Click here to view your bill or balance due. You need to register the first time in order to view your bill and receive notifications when your bills are ready.

Pay by Phone
Call 903-927-1075. Make sure to have your bill handy to provide your customer account number.
By paying online, mobile or calling:
- A $1.10 fee is charged for checking/savings payments; 3% (+50¢ if under $100) is applied to credit/debit card payments.
- You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill.
- You can print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments, stop Auto-Pay (online only)
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit cards or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
